Protection of goods and persons – management of personal data
The information collected via our contact forms is recorded in a computer file used by CAPIC SAS to facilitate exchanges with the establishment’s prospects and customers.
It is intended for any manager/employee of the establishment likely to have a telephone or e-mail exchange with the persons concerned, in particular to respond to their request.
No IP address is collected when a form is sent via our website.
The data collected will be kept for a maximum of 3 years in the event that a contract is not concluded with our company.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of the French Data Protection Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978, all users have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose any personal data concerning them.
