The range includes several models to meet the capacity requirements of production sites. For example, for production of cooked and cooled pasta from 150 kg/h for the compact CR250 up to 1500 kg/h for the 1500 model with in-line automation.

Energy performance

Every saving counts. Capic technology offers more efficient use of water and energy. Heating the cooking vessel with immersed electric immersion heaters, a gas exchanger or a steam exchanger provides high thermal output with optimum efficiency.
