Production capacity: 200 to 500 kg/h of cooked pasta cooled to 10°C with chilled water (4°C possible, but lower capacity in this case). This model can be secured by a mesh area and automated.

Production capacity: 1000 to 1500 kg/h of cooked pasta cooled to 10°C or 4°C with chilled water, depending on the model and composition of the production line. This model can be secured by a mesh area and automated.

The range includes several models to meet the capacity requirements of production sites. For example, for production of cooked and cooled pasta from 150 kg/h for the compact CR250 up to 1500 kg/h for the 1500 model with in-line automation.
