Durability.
We manufacture Capic equipment using quality stainless steel. Legendary quality that has guaranteed durability since 1955.
Spare parts for our equipment are available from our after-sales service for 10 years.
Sourcing.
92% of our purchases are made in France, with priority given to local suppliers, ahead of regional and national suppliers.
Recycling and limiting waste.
Our professional cooking solutions are over 95% recyclable. We are also a member of the Ecologic eco-organisation responsible for managing the end-of-life of electrical and electronic equipment.
Lastly, our IT equipment – except in special cases – is replaced by reconditioned second-hand equipment.
Efficiency.
The Capic plant has been Acanthe Gold certified by CARSAT since 2017. The buildings were built in compliance with the RT 2012 standard, with a real desire to reduce their impact on the environment and enhance the well-being of employees.

Diversity
At CAPIC, we have a policy of equality and gender diversity in the workplace, both in the workshop and in the offices. Our approach takes disability into account, and we work with Agefiph and the Quimper conurbation to support disabled employees.

Working conditions
The workshop benefits from acoustic treatment and lifting equipment to combat RSI. The welding and polishing booths are equipped with reinforced exhaust systems. Numerous openings to the outside world, skylights, a large indoor terrace and a fully-equipped refectory all contribute to employees' Quality of Life.
