With the sauteuse and industrial stockpot functions, you can prepare large quantities of delicious dishes in sauce, rice or cream. In the braising pan mode, you use the appliance like a frying pan, by adjusting the temperature of the bottom of the pan. In pot mode, you set the desired temperature of the cooking bath.
