The Capic induction hob is a firm favourite with demanding chefs. Give your professional kitchen a high-performance, environmentally-friendly technology that's easy to use and clean.

Let's talk about your project

Why choose Capic induction?

Capic induction hobs make cooking even easier.

Reduce stress and enjoy the speed and finesse of cooking.

Speed and finesse of cooking

Induction regulates the temperature instantly, from the hottest to the softest, down to the degree. This temperature precision enhances the quality of your products, with no risk of overheating.

An ecological and economical solution

Induction technology means you can heat up twice as fast as with a gas burner or electric hob. The heating power is applied directly to the pan, with no heat loss. You get over 90% efficiency.

Total hygiene and safety

Once the pan is removed, the induction hob cools very quickly, reducing the risk of burns. Dirt and spills won’t cook off. The overheating limiter prevents accidents if the pan is forgotten. The smooth surface makes cleaning easy and eliminates the risk of bacteria breeding grounds.

But also

The ambient temperature in your kitchen remains pleasant thanks to induction. The sleek design offers comfortable freedom of movement.

Lasting excellence thanks to top-of-the-range technical qualities

Sturdiness

Our induction hobs are fitted with a 6-minute thick Schott glass-ceramic plate. Highly resistant to impact and thermal shock.

Meticulous manufacturing

Guaranteed watertightness for intense use. The inductor component and generator are interchangeable, extending the life of the equipment. No visible screws on the front panel.

Capic ecological technology

The 3.5 kW and 5 kW outputs can be adapted to suit your needs, with just the right balance. Thanks to container detection, you can reduce handling. We manufacture the induction hob in our own factory and are constantly innovating to improve performance.

Our Capic induction hobs

  • Good to know
Induction hobs are mounted on an open or closed stainless steel cabinet. Mounting on a proofer or refrigerated zone is available with the incorporation of a ventilation frame.

How does induction work?

Induction uses an electromagnet made up of copper wire coils powered by an electric current. As soon as the hob is switched on, the magnet generates a magnetic field that stimulates the free electrons in the metal at the bottom of the pan or saucepan. It is this current that generates heat inside the pan, ensuring maximum safety without a heating element.

Simmer, sear or boil and benefit from cooking without heat loss, significant energy savings and precise temperature control.
