Programmable cooking and exceptional results

Save several recipes (up to a hundred depending on the model) to ensure repeatable cooking. Depending on the operating mode you choose, the temperature sensor in the cooking bath or the bottom temperature sensor will control the heating in complete transparency.

Robustness for high output

Made from high-quality stainless steel, with a thick tank bottom for optimised heat distribution. A very powerful geared motor tilts the tank on an offset axis, allowing it to be emptied 700 mm from the ground.

Health and safety

The sauté pan tilts 700 mm from the floor, so it can be emptied completely into a 200-litre European tank or a vat without the need for additional handling of heavy, hot loads. The construction of the bowl and its design on offset pillars guarantee optimal cleaning for enhanced hygiene.
