Boiling pans :
100, 170, 210 litres direct heating or bain-marie.

Bratt pans :
50 or 90dm², bimetallic base.

Suspended :

From a load-bearing wall.
On longitudinal stainless steel sections.

" Grande cuisine" top units can be used to complete an installation of Pilote boiling pans and bratt pans.
