Designed for years of satisfaction.
Our gas or electric fryers can be delivered either as independant units or incorporated into a cooking range in one of the following:
- Celtic, 800 range.
- Alliance, 900 range.
- Grande cuisine, 1000 range.
They are suitable for outputs of 20 to 70 kg/hr, depending on the models and products cooked. Models from 15 to 70 litres.
Transfer model, available with one or two fryers.
