PILOTE - Suspended cooking units

For institutions and centralised kitchens.

Tilting units (boiling pans and bratt pans).
Depth 1000mm, height of support arms 350mm, front 1500, 1750 or 2000mm.

Boiling pans :
100, 170, 210 litres direct heating or bain-marie.

Bratt pans :
50 or 90dm², bimetallic base.

Suspended :

  • From a load-bearing wall.
  • On longitudinal stainless steel sections.

" Grande cuisine" top units can be used to complete an installation of Pilote boiling pans and bratt pans.
